Actually, it's Berberis thunbergii 'Rose Glow'. But the resemblance is striking, doncha think?

Ha! sotto voceI'm sitting in a cafe and a woman at the next table looks exactly the way one would imagine Sideshow Bob's sister would look (Sideshow Beth?) and I needed a pic of Bob to show my companion, who had no idea who I was talking about, and stumbled upon your Sideshow shrub./sotto voce
